Wedding stationery is so much more than just paper, I see them as little pieces of art you'll share with your loved ones. From the first moment an invitation is open, the guests are given a taste of how your wedding will be. It's a sensorial experience - the color, texture, feel and style all help define this. Together we can create details that are so much like yourselves, a keepsake worth to be shared and relived by the many years and generations to come.
We work with a limited amount of brides each year to insure the best customer service for every detail.
Bespoke wedding stationery design investment starts at $700.

Feel free to share links, blog posts, Pinterest boards and anything that might help me to understand how your wedding is going to be. I want to hear your story, how you fell in love, what are your hobbies, what you most like doing together, your passions and your aesthetic preferences. All this helps to understand who you are as a couple, what you love and how we can bring your ideas to life and set the tone and feel of your stationery design.
At this point I can give you a rough estimate of investment considering quantity and items.
2. estimate & proposal
After the first enquiry and lots of talking, when we have a clear idea of which and how many items you'd like to be designed, I'll send you a proposal - which includes a mood board and a draft of how your suite is going to look like: all the items, sizes, paper and add-ons (silk ribbons, custom wax seal etc); Something custom-tailored just for you; We can adjust it, add, remove and change anything until you are satisfied with the overall look.
At this point I will also include the final estimate of investment. This will be confirmed or altered when the items are signed off and ready for printing along with your final invoice. We will also agree on completion dates of the project and delivery.
A partial deposit is required to book your wedding stationery and start the design process.
schedule & delivery time
It's recommended to book your custom wedding invitations & stationery from 6 to 9 months before your wedding day. That's a good time frame for the whole design process, ordering custom add-ons from our vendors, printing, assembling & delivery.
Since we're located in Brazil we ship overseas through FedEx International First® (Brazil - U.S.: from 3 to 6 days for delivery). Priority and Economy option is also available upon request.
Currently we only accept payments through PayPal. Please note that PayPal transaction fees are included in your invoice and first partial deposit.
The most exciting part of the process! Once you agree with the proposal, payment methods and book your wedding through the deposit, I begin designing your dream stationery! You will receive digital proofs during the design process and when the whole suite is complete. Ivory offers 3 rounds of revisions if you are not satisfied with the first proof. Extra revisions will be credited towards your final invoice. Please note that the design process can take up to 8 weeks.
4. printing and assembly
Once all the designs are approved and signed off, no further changes can be made. At this point you will receive your final invoice with the remaining balance and extra charges, if applicable;
Depending on printing method, it might take a couple of weeks to be ready. Once we receive your paper goods from the printer, we will fulfill any calligraphy services (such as envelope calligraphy) and start assembling your suite.
When everything is double checked & ready to go, your package will be weighed and your shipping invoice will be sent to your email. Please allow one week for handling and up to one week for delivery (depending on your location and chosen shipping method).
All calligraphy & illustration work shown on portfolio and social media is first calligraphed or hand drawn (sometimes more than a dozen of times in different styles!), then digitized and edited, they're not fonts that imitate calligraphy or illustrations bought at websites. An illustration drawn for a wedding will never be used again in another client's wedding, and I do not repeat the same invitation design for a new client, ever. It's a long and complex process, which I love to do because I believe what truly makes Ivory different is offering unique pieces of art that will never be reproduced again. I always take into consideration the wedding day, its details and the couple who trusted in me & my work.
Investment varies greatly from each project, depending on quantity of items, selection of paper, printing methods and add-ons. All that have a major impact on the final price. Ivory values handmade, artisan and bespoke work, so I don't work with a fixed price chart. The best way of knowing the possibilities within your budget is to fill out this form.
SMALL WEDDINGS / DESTINATION WEDDINGS
If you are going for a small wedding or destination wedding (total guest count is 75 or below), all your stationery will be printed at my studio. There's a greater selection of paper to choose from and special add-ons - think about all that pretty hand painted textures and gold foil you see on Pinterest! Small weddings are my favourite! We can include details that are only possible to do in small quantities.
